Cancellation Policy

Room Reservations

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Payment for the room booking will be taken 48 hours prior to your arrival.

If you wish to use a gift voucher as your payment, please call our reservations team on 01325377977 to make your booking. Please advise us of your voucher code during reservation time. Credit/debit card details will be required to guarantee your booking. Please hand your voucher to our reception team on arrival.

Flexible cancellation policy. Reservations can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 2pm, 48 hours prior to arrival. Payment will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival from the card entered during the booking process online.

Advanced purchase bookings; pre-payable at reservation time. Non-refundable and non-transferable should you wish to cancel. A team member from our Reservations office will call you to take full payment once we receive your booking.

We recommend taking out travel insurance on your booking.

Spa / Treatment Bookings

Full payment is taken at the time of your reservation. Should you wish to cancel your reservation a 50% refund will be available up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. Cancellation made within 48 hours will result in full loss of payment.

The age requirement for treatments is 18 years. Evening spa facility use is 14 and over. 14-17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.

Restaurant Bookings

Table reservations of 7 plus people, will be required to pay £10 per person deposit. Cancellation made within 48 hours will result in full loss of payment.
