Reservations

All restaurant, Spa, hotel and wedding guests must have a reservation ahead of arrival, you will be greeted at the Gatehouse at our main drive when arriving on the Estate.

Little Ones

We have family bedrooms onsite, some are complete with bunk beds for little ones and others have space for fold down beds. Children aged 5 and over are an additional £30.00 per child, per night. Cots and baby monitors are available on request, but the team must be made aware upon making the reservations.

Overnight Stays

All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

For all room bookings, payment will be taken on arrival. If you wish to use a gift voucher as your payment, you will need to call our reservations team on 01325377977 to make your booking. Please advise us of your unique voucher ID in advance of your arrival. Credit/Debit cards details will be required to guarantee your booking. Please had a copy of your voucher in on arrival.

Please note use of Forest Spa Facilities is not included in an overnight stay.

We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible cancellation policy. Reservations can be cancelled or amended without charge up to 2pm, 48 hours prior to arrival. Advanced purchase bookings; pre-payable at reservation time. Non-refundable and non-transferable should you wish to cancel.

All prices include VAT.

Payment for your overnight stay/package will be taken on arrival.

If your package includes dinner, please make reservations at the time of booking and notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements. If you do not make a reservation, our team will allocate a time and will send you a confirmation email. Please call us to amend your booking if the time isn’t suitable.

Forest Spa

Full payment will be taken at the time of your reservation. Should you wish to cancel your reservation a 50% refund will be available up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made with the 48 hours will result in full loss of payment.

Please note facility use is not included when booking treatment only or an overnight stay.

The age requirement for treatments is 18 years. Evening spa facility use is 14 and over. 14-17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.

Dining

Table reservations of 7 plus people, will be required to pay £10 per person deposit. Cancellation made within 48 hours will result in full loss of payment.

If anyone within your party has dietary requirements please call ahead and let our team know so they can accommodate.

Dog Friendly

We do not permit dogs inside the main areas of estate, this includes the lounge areas and indoors at the Coach House restaurant (but excludes the Snug) Residents visiting the estate with dogs must keep them on leads at all times, dogs are not permitted access into the Walled Gardens or Orchard due to the growing produce. Five rooms are available to book for overnight stays with dogs, these are located in the Coach House and are comfy room types, there is an additional charge of £30.00 per room to stay overnight. No other rooms are available for dogs to stayover. We also ask that dogs are kept away from all of the animals that we have onsite. Please note Guide Dogs are permitted over all areas of the estate.

Parking

Parking is complimentary on the estate: you will be asked to let our reservations department know of your registration on check in.

Electric Car Charging

We have a number of electric car charging units for residents to use onsite. There is a cost associated with the use of the units and more information is available from our reservations department.

Walled Gardens

Our Walled Gardens can be explored between 7am and 9am each morning by residents, please note dogs are not permitted into the Walled Gardens or Orchard.

American Express Payments

We do accept American Express payments.

Dress Code

All we ask is that you wear clothes you feel comfortable in whilst you’re here, you can get dressed up as you like or wear your every day to dine at the Coach House. We recommend Smart Casual for Forge dining. We are in Yorkshire so we suggest bringing a big coat, and we have some wellingtons onsite you can borrow.
